We are Drew and Tim Nelson of the Nelson Brothers Team at Willis Allen Real Estate. As we enter 2026, we are proud to have achieved over $1.3B in total sales volume. In 2025 alone, we surpassed $100M for the sixth consecutive year, continuing our track record of excellence. This further solidifies our position as one of the top-producing teams specializing in high-end real estate and investment properties in coastal San Diego and La Jolla, a community where we were born, raised, and now live with our families. Both of us are avid golfers, members of La Jolla Country Club, skiers, and love being outdoors camping, on an adventure or at the beach with our kids, of which Tim has 2 daughters at La Jolla United Methodist Preschool and Bird Rock Elementary, and Drew has 3 kids - a son who attends Muirlands Middle School, and twin daughters at La Jolla Elementary. Drew has helped coach at La Jolla Youth Baseball and Tim coaches La Jolla Youth Soccer.

We both went to the University of Southern California, where Drew earned a BS in Finance and Business Economics with a concentration in Real Estate, and Tim completed the Marshall School of Business Entrepreneurship Program.
